Deleting a Template

To delete a Response Template, navigate to the Manage Templates screen, and use the Delete action under the "..." button on each row, and then confirm the delete action in the resulting confirmation dialog.

You can safely delete a template without impacting anywhere the template has been used.

NOTE:

Deleting a Response Template is permanent and cannot be done. If you accidentally delete a template, you will have to recreate it manually.
